We Work Where Delivery Planning Gets Messy
Drovane was set up in Kuala Lumpur to help logistics teams who manage daily stop lists without a structured way to approach them. We focus on routes — not dashboards or consultancy overviews.
Back to HomeStarted from a Specific Problem
Drovane started after we spent time alongside delivery coordinators in the Klang Valley who were managing routes in spreadsheets — or just from memory. There was no shortage of software available, but getting a team to use it reliably, and getting the routes themselves to make sense, turned out to be a different kind of work.
We built Drovane around that gap. We're not a software company. We look at your stops, figure out where the sequencing breaks down, and either show your team a better approach or set up the tools and workflows that make consistent planning possible.
Our work is done in Kuala Lumpur, with teams across the Klang Valley and wider Malaysia. We understand local delivery conditions — the traffic, the mixed urban and suburban stop patterns, and the practical constraints that don't appear in generic routing tools.
Cleaner Routes, Owned by Your Team
We want delivery teams to finish each engagement with a routing approach they can maintain themselves. That means no dependency on us for daily decisions, and no documentation that sits unopened on a shared drive.
Our engagements are sized to match where a team is right now — from a single-route review that takes a few days, to a programme that builds lasting planning capacity for a larger fleet.

Fleet Coordination Specialist
Works with multi-vehicle operations to establish review routines and documentation that keeps fleet planning structured over time.
Standards We Hold to on Every Engagement
Data Handling with Care
Stop and route data shared with us is used only for your engagement. We do not pass client data to any third party.
Written Deliverables Every Time
Every service ends with written output — a summary, a planning view, or a handbook — so your team has something to refer back to.
Scoped Before We Start
We agree on what's included before the work begins. No scope creep and no surprises about what you're receiving.
AI-Assisted Pattern Review
We use AI tooling to surface patterns in stop data that are difficult to spot manually — reducing the time needed to reach useful insights.
Handover and Training
Setup engagements include a training session with the relevant team members so your team can carry the work forward independently.
Respectful Timelines
We deliver within agreed timeframes. If something comes up on either side, we communicate early rather than letting timelines drift.
Route Planning for Malaysian Logistics Operations
Delivery route planning in Malaysia presents a particular set of challenges. Urban areas like Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, and Shah Alam mix dense residential zones with industrial estates and commercial corridors — all of which behave differently during different parts of the day. Teams managing stops across these areas often find that routes which look clean on a map don't work as expected on the road.
At Drovane, we've built our working approach around this reality. We don't design generic routing logic — we work through your specific stop patterns, understand the constraints your drivers operate within, and produce routing approaches that account for how deliveries actually happen in Malaysian conditions.
For logistics coordinators, the most common problem isn't lacking data — it's translating stop lists into a reliable daily sequence. For logistics leads managing planning across a team, the challenge often involves keeping a routing system consistent as the team changes or the stop list grows. Our Route Review service addresses the former; our Route Planning Setup and Fleet Coordination Programme address the latter.
We work with teams at different stages. Some are at the beginning of organising their planning; others have a working system that needs revision. Either way, our approach starts with understanding where you are before suggesting what to change.
